Beet Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ​5 red and/or gold beets

  • ½ yellow onion, thinly sliced

  • Olive oil (drizzle to preference)

  • Salt (to preference)

  • Black pepper (to preference) 

  • Fresh parsley (garnish)

  1. Place beets in boiling water and cook until soft

  2. Remove beets from water and allow time to cool

  3. Gently remove skin from beets and slice into bite-sized pieces 

  4. Add beets to a bowl and combine with sliced onion, salt, pepper, olive oil and parsley 

  5. Chill in fridge and serve cold

  6. ENJOY!
