Cranberry Raspberry Sauce

Serving size: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz cranberries, fresh 

  • 6 oz raspberries, fresh

  • ¼ to ½ cup maple syrup (¼ cup for tart sauce, ½ cup for sweeter sauce) 

  • ½ cup spring water

  • 2 tbsp orange juice, fresh squeezed

  1. Place all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil

  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to low/medium

  3. Using spatula or spoon, crush and mash cranberries and raspberries ~8-10 mins while stirring until preferred consistency 

  4. Place in refrigerator and serve cold with orange zest garnish 

  5. ENJOY!
