1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (~13g) 
- 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 
2 tbsp maple syrup 
- 
2 tbsp pumpkin puree 
- 
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Place whipping cream in a tall glass (we used a 32 oz mason jar) 
- 
Use frother and mix until foam consistency 
- 
Add protein powder and use frother to mix 
- 
Add maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and pumpkin spice and mix all ingredients using frother to preferred consistency
