Roasted Red Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ​Red bell peppers (quantity per preference)

  • Olive oil (drizzle to preference, the more the better!)

  • Fresh basil, chopped

  • Roasted garlic (to preference)

  • Salt (to taste)

  1. Place whole red bell peppers on grill and continue to roast each side until charred black (peppers will be very soft when ready)

  2. Remove charred peppers from grill and allow a few minutes to cool

  3. Fill a bowl with ice water and dip fingers prior to handling/peeling pepper skin

  4. Carefully peel charred skin off each bell pepper (they will still be hot!) and remove stem/seeds 

  5. Slice peppers length wise into bite-sized pieces and add to a bowl

  6. Add drizzle of olive oil, roasted garlic, basil and salt and mix well 

  7. ENJOY!​
